Choose copy when your message is unclear
If the website works but visitors cannot quickly understand your offer, start with the words. A homepage refresh can clarify your headline, services, frequently asked questions, and calls to action.
Choose video when you have a story to show
Short video can introduce your business or explain an offer using photos and clips you already have. Decide what you want the viewer to do, which channel you will use, and what assets you can supply.
Choose a website when the foundation is missing
If you have no useful destination for interested customers, or your current pages cannot explain your services, a website project may be the appropriate first investment. Agree on pages, content, functionality, and care before development.
Choose a strategy when the pieces do not connect
When you already have a website and content but no clear priorities, discuss the customer journey. Focus on one gap at a time: discovery, explanation, inquiry, or follow-up. A larger package is not automatically the best first step.
